The key features I need in my invoice software

As a little company owner there are many things that I must do myself. I do the purchasing, selling and selling. These are the daily activities I need to perform to run my business. Thanks to the nature of the business I don't need any staff and I am ready to do it all myself. This also implies I have to work effectively and quicker. I am only ready to do that with the right apparatus and software.

A while back I needed to purchase a chunk of software to print invoices for my customers. Here under I'm going to mention the primary features of the invoicing software I bought so you know if this is something that you would need too.

I consider myself a good user of office software like word and excel. So I could print out invoices myself using these. But they miss the features I need for my business.

I'd like to be well placed to send a credit note to my customers for returned products and I want to send this by e-mail or fax. There are some purchasers who buy the very same products every week, so I'd like to be able to print out repeating invoices. If I make an invoice in MS Word, I'm really not ready to export the figures to excel. With my new software I should be able to do that.

I have found invoice software which can do all this and more. It isn't only simple to utilize and it does not cost much. I might have thought that good software would cost lots of cash but it appears that this isn't the case.
